1. Acceptance
By creating a Way To Go account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Way To Go. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for anything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and may only maintain one personal account.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the walks, routes, images, captions, and annotations you create. By posting content in Way To Go, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating the app and showing it to audiences you choose (private, close friends, or public).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, spam, infringing, or that impersonates another person. You agree not to dox or publish information that could compromise another person's safety.
6. Content we remove
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we consider objectionable, without notice. Reports filed against content are reviewed within 24 hours. Repeated violations may result in your account being suspended or permanently banned.
7. Blocking, reporting, and moderation
You can block other users at any time. Blocking is bidirectional — a blocked user cannot see or interact with you, and vice versa. You can report any walk, comment, profile, or annotation using the in-app report flow. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
8. Location data
Recording a walk requires location access. We only collect your location while you're actively recording, and only for the purpose of drawing your route. You can delete any walk individually or delete your entire account at any time.
9. Safety disclaimer
Way To Go is not a medical device. Walking routes shared by other users may contain hazards. Always be aware of your surroundings, follow local laws, and use your own judgment about whether a route is safe. In an emergency, dial your local emergency number.
10. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Me tab → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, walks, route images, annotations, comments, likes, follows, and blocks.
11. Disclaimers
Way To Go is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app.
